I'm not being "funny" Rachel, but surely if you're waiting for an overdue payment, you'd be checking your account every day, before posting negative messages about the company in question on an internet forum?

I know it still doesn't make what they've done right, but I'm just saying...

Oh, come on, every day for five months? I do have a life and lots of other committments too. :p Partly wanted to point out risks to other people too, I mean I would not recommend that any of my friends or family touched them with a barge pole. 5 months for payment is bl@@dy ridiculous. Compare them for example to ISC or ABA-i, both firms responded to payment queries and sorted out the problem within day if not hours!

Anyway I don't want to start an argument..........hoping this was a minor problem with them and other people have been paid this month too.

Ok, I didn't realise it had been five months. But then again, I'd not have let it go on for five months, but that's another discussion entirely.
  • Well, assuming you're Aberdeen?Inverness way, ESA And Retail Eyes always have loads around there they try to get me to do. So, I don't think there can be anyone in that area.
Bare have got 2 in Turriff good ones too atm

    Hi Serendipity2706

I am indeed just outside of Aberdeen. Have registered with Retail Eyes and ESA so fingers crossed I will get some jobs.
Will look into the Turriff ones too. Thanks.
    Whereabouts are you?

    Cheers

Erm, exactly what would you have done to make them pay sooner? I was a CAB advisor for 3 years and trust me, I can complain...they only do a pay run once a month and there were lots of promises and quite a lot of non-responses.

  • Bloomin RE - I reckon their system pixelates images or shrinks them to such a size they are unreadable. I sent them a very clear image and they say it's blurred. It really isn't so think their system must have adjusted it.

I'm in Dundee, but work fulltime, so only do MS at weekends and evenings.
If you PM me your email I'll send you some others that may be suitable

THere's much more direct action that can be taken...Jen's actions are an example of a starting point...
