MYSTERY SHOPPING THREAD 17 - please don't mention client names or fees on here!!

Quieter week this week -last week was a bit nuts.
Everything this week is either walking distance or is fee and reimbursement for something I want -except one which is paying a nice extra fee because no-one wants to go there (the last job to that town the other week for a different client was extra fee & mileage too)
All I need now is a couple of Heathrow terminal 3 jobs for 9th and I'll be a very happy bunny
As for Bare until they pay me I'm not doing any more jobs for them as the amount is into three figures and they aren't responding to emailsI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

OK I take it back, I just checked my bank account and have received payment from Bare. :j
It was paid on the 18th. I just check my account infrequently, so it might be worth other people checking too. :j
I still don't think I will work for them, as this waiting for payment is too stressful. I think they could update us re payment delays.
But I'll stop b@tching, just wanted to update people. Yonk, I know you have been waiting a long long time too, hope you have been paid as well. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Thanks Jen, thanks for your help too and the email addresses you gave me. Are you still working for them now? Or have you stopped too? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I've just had an email -after ringing and making it clear I'm NOT happy my emails are getting ignored and I've just got cc'd into an email asking someone in accounts to process the payment.
There seems to be some reorganization going on as the chap I spoke to said he was looking after the SouthEast now as of today.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

See what everyone means about the react allocator, I applied for seven and got one, but one doesn't really make the journey worth it TBH.
I also think the ice cream jobs need to be clearer about whether or not you need to purchase a cinema ticket to access them, the last one was beyond the entry point and I luckily managed to blag it, but I don't know about this one. And phoning to check would be a bit of a giveaway.
Did anyone else give up with the first tracking job? I found the website a nightmare, no 24 hour clock and the brand suggestions kept changing it to things I didn't want it to. I ended up giving up before I launched the computer out the window in frustration. I know this job isn't famed for high pay, but for the hassle and time involved that was sweat shop rates. I rarely give up when I've started a job, but I felt that one was really taking the pee, the pay nowhere near reflected the time and hassle involved. Oh well, you live and learn I suppose.0 -

I phoned them once I saw how long it would take and tiold them I wasn't going to do it. I told her why, and she said I was the only one that had turned it down for that reason, If you look back you'll see loads of people cancelled, or, having done it, said "Never again"0 -

I may have been paid, I'm not sure as I have the credit on the mini-statement but not on the full one yet. Will be tomorrow before I know for definite & will report back. Also the amounts aren't right...if they actually overpay me, I'm not sure it's worth 2 months of emails to sort it out!
I'm probably in the camp where I won't work for them again, which is a shame as they were previously one of my favourite companies to work for. I have told them in my various shirty emails that their reputation has been damaged by this episode.0 -

I gave her the same reason you did. Maybe you were the first and the rest of us followed.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Ted is my allocator at React and I would just like to say I'm happy with him!
Happy with what he allocates me. I don't expect to get all the jobs.0
