There website seems good. (Their - you need to get this right in reports!)
How fast do they pay out after a shop usually within a month and is it all done by pc for the reports or do i have to write them and send them out? All by PC, you'll need a scanner or camera to get copies of receipts.
I am new to doing this so just wanted to ask.

4 parts and 2 visits now to the catalogue shop visits - shop including out of stock, return, order in facility and hot topic - all for the same fee! My OH thinks I'm mad the work I do for so little, beginning to think he is right0

Oh totally!! I'm not claiming to be an Old Hand at all this MSing malarky just yet, I've only been doing it a couple of months, but having had such a hectic couple of months with it doing such a wide range of the jobs for lots of companies, it's amazing how quickly one can get stuck in and learn so much!
One of such things is not to bother with RE anymore unless relevant to me, or if I'm having an ultra quiet week/month!
It's funny really how before I started MSing, and I spent a couple of days reading through lots of posts on here to get a feel for things etc, and so much of it went over my head a bit, as obviously I didn't know which clients were being referred to etc and lots of it seemed all a bit foreign, yet now most things are like second nature.
That said, I still haven't done a famous Egg job yet!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

And that's precisely why I don't do them. Their jewellery visits are much simpler, one visit, no purchase - additional fee for the main visit does not wannant the extra time it takes. I only accept the jewellery ones. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

They're even quicker when you get told to look at the catalogue and get back in line when you know what you want!!! :cool:0 -
In a similar vein, are their hardware stores as much work now as they look? I took one in September, which I declined once I saw the new brief & told them the reason was the extra work required meant it just wasn't worth it. A lot more people to find & ask questions for the same money as far as I could see. The stores I went to never had people on the floor & I'd sometimes have to go to the desk to ask for help. Would look a bit funny asking lots of completely different questions to the same person.0

I accepted one in September to get a feel for them.
Thankfully my store was large with lots of people on the shop floor, but it was a lot of work to do.
I declined the second one I was offered.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

The questionnaire only asks the name of one member of staff on the floor so think they only want you to ask all four questions to the same person... I've done a few since the brief changed and to be honest if anything it just helps the minimum time in store go quicker
I normally ask if they do xyz, then when they take me to it ask how to use it, then ask about something thats out of stock then ask about the thing I've seen in the catalogue... Seems to flow better when you're doing it than talking about it... Still think it's a bit obvious though, there's a few times they've gone from miserable to helpful in 5 seconds :rotfl:
I'd try one, if you don't like it then don't do any more... Same with the cat jobs, I do quite a few of them because they have branches in towns I do monthly audits in that fit in nicely between the two visits
In two of the towns the store I audit is next door to the cat shop0 -
