Has anyone else noticed that the eggs have gone up to their previous rate? Weren't they reduced last month or the month before or has this already been discussed?

I would hazzard a guess it's gone up as we now need three photo's.

Really?! I haven't read the brief yet. Never had to do pics before on these. As long as we don't have to do a cartwheel I'm still ok for these.

My response 'when did you reinstate me?'
'I'm sorry, I don't understand'
'well seeing as 18 moths ago you sent me a nice email telling me to bu***r off and the decision is final, can you tell me why you have had a change of heart?'
NO RESPONSE - PHONE HUNG UP

That shower should not be in business.

Re ESA: I don't get it. Surely the receipt is enough proof? Why all these silly pics?

Keep thinking of the poor sod who has to do our local store. The photo from the left will involve climbing over a wall into someone's drive. The one from the right will involve negotiating a 15 foot privet hedge. The one from the front will probably involve being run over by the cars and delivery trucks frantically vying for the 5 parking spaces directly in front of the store :eek:

Has anyone done a jewellery shop with Tern? Am I meant to send the receipt back to them along with the jewellery or am I suppose to keep it as proof of purchase until I'm reimbursed?

I'd also like to say thanks to everyone for helping me with all my questions and in general for the useful/entertaining posts.
