PPS. ESA called the other for a desperate visit they had left. I asked for mileage and I was told no. God knows how you lot ask for 10x the amount!

Oh no, don't bother asking ESA for any extra, they won't do it. Wanted me to do a 2 hour 50 mile round trip for an extra tenner! Told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. GfK are great for negotiating extra money but they hardly ever call and GAP are good for negotiating extra corner shop, stamp or petrol jobs. Abai never give any extra money either.

yes i got the 3 I asked for this afternoon. Check your pending allocations. If they are there then u might get em . if not u know they have gone! Having trouble opening the quetionaires tho. Anyone else manage to open them?

Mine have been allocated now, they weren't when I went out earlier at 4 ish though. Have been allocated both of the ones I applied for, which I guess is good, though I thought I might only end up with 1, so applied for 2 to try and make sure I got at least one!!
They are in a different town, where we are going to a React attraction, and were hoping to do some 'Normal' shopping in the afternoon. But I think I'm filling my day with Mystery Shopping! Other half will be pleased!!

There was an email sent out to say that the site was up and running properrly again because they'd had a few problems, and would be allocating this afternoon/evening.

Hello! :hello:

Well i've been looking around this site for months and it's great - even though i've never actually been a member or posted before, i've learnt so many useful things and everyone seems so helpful and friendly, so today I finally thought, "you know what, i'm going to register and post!"

I stumbled across this Mystery Shopping section a while back, and it sounded really interesting and fun so I decided that I would give it a go and sign up to a few companies in the first post - you should have seen me on my first shop, I was so nervous, I was shaking like a leaf going round the shop like something out of Mission Impossible, and I felt so certain that I was being watched that I almost ruined everything, but luckily I managed to complete it alright (even though I did have to go back in and buy something else because I forgot to read the person's name badge!)... anyway that was my first, I've only done a few easy assignments so far - a corner shop (the one I just told you about!), a sandwich shop, a pub and a fast food place - but now i'm finding my feet and feeling a lot more confident, and I can't wait to do more! So I just wanted to register and say a big THANK YOU to everyone on this thread for all the help and information you post, and I hope that I can become as good at Mystery Shopping as all of you, i'm really starting to enjoy it and of course the little bit of extra cash always comes in handy!

Anyway that's all! So thanks again and hopefully i'll find some more assignments to do soon!
