The best ones are the ones nearby that bus you in and where your car is secure. There are loads within a few minutes. Just put "Manchester Airport Parking" into google and take your pick.

Not sure if major companies will do carparking at the new airport yet. Would it be possible for you to drive down the week before and check out if there are any other options nearby?
