Don't know for sure if they are THE cheapest, but I have booked though these in the past (and will be using again this weekend!) and they seem good value (against on site parking)

They are quite close to the airport. I have used a link from my insurance Co. in the past as it seems to offer a small discount on their prices - maybe you could search MSE for APH discount codes???

If you plan on eating at EMA do so at Castle Donington Services on the way to the airport (about half a mile away), the food is cheaper & better.
