In all honesty the Gizmondo was a good idea, I dont understand why it never made it other than being up againsed the might of Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo?

Just to say I have had one of these for some time now and they are a full sat nav system even without the cradle etc they have a rechargable battery and fit into most standard PDA holders (though I did get a car charger from my local market).

You can convert any speed camera database to work on the giz and now that route 66 and a few other programs work too it's even better.

I dont use the sms function but the camera is excellent as is the mp3 player and movie player. The games too are good quality with more and more pocket pc games being found to play on the console all the time.

I guess the only thing you could do is ring CS and ask them where there is stock? 08705 425 425

My store had only one in stock, and I snaffled it pretty quick.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Thanks for the tip, just bagged one for £40 but no charger. Can these be charged through the USB connection? Also could someone who has one post the voltage and polarity that is on the side of there charger so that I can take a trip to Maplins.

    Thanks
