Still not heard about other job, guess that's out now, wonder if they'll make my temp position here permanent in Sept?

Good to see you Budgie, glad that your holiday went well.

I'm doing Sunday lunch for lunchtime today as we're off to the cinema later. I went as far as having the pork shoulder in the trolley yesterday and decided that I really ought to do something different! So it's roast chicken here with all the trimmings.

I had a tuna baguette (lunch) and fish curry (tea) today with rice and naan after feeling very much like I had a huge work out following my 6mile run this morning and plenty of snacks including my first skinny cow ice cream lolly which was very unsurprisingly low expectations quality - at least it filled me up for my gardening session in the afternoon

Have lost 5lbs and trying to lose another 9lb - wish me luck!
