Hello all!
Good to see you Budgie but sorry you are suffering with your back! Hope its feeling better soon!
Marru - I used to do a lot of cross-stitch - but never finished anything! Have lots of half finished projects. Currently into knitting - busy working on a blanket for my lovely nan for Crimbo.
Like Maman, I'm finding the "other" thread fine lately. Everyone very friendly. Lots of new people too which is great.
Boring dinner here today....rifled about in freezer and have come up with cauliflower cheese grills. Not very Sunday Dinnerish at all!

ooooh - we went through a phase of eating those every week (though not on a Sunday)
My minty chops have just gone in the oven (not a euphemism :rotfl:) and I think I'll do some mash with spring onion and chives off the pationo - REALLY off the patio... it's growing between the slabs
I shall be paying the 'other thread' a visit shortlyplay nicely til I get there

Roast dinner in the pub courtesy of BF. Oh my I am stuffed. I was very good, swapped my roasties for salad and didn't eat my parsnips nor my yorkie.
Off to make a coffee. One more week before holiday :j, two weeks before exam results ."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Wow!!! You're growing mash between the slabs on your patio! That's amazing!!;):rotfl:
Good to see you all today and sorry to hear about your poorly back Budge. I used to do cross-stitch marru (at least petitpoint - and no you can't eat it Lurks). I did 4 seat covers for our dining chairs at the time (Florentine zig-zag pattern) and I've done various 'samplers' as gifts for babies but I haven't done any for ages. I found it a bit addictive (no surprise there then:)) and quite threaputic.
Lamb here, braised leg on parsnips, carrots and leeks with roasties and cauli. Like MissP I just don't understand how you could leave any roast dinner marru??
Have a good week all.0 -
Because I am on low carb diet and it is working :j (I feel even slightly guilty about the carrots...:o)"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
