Had all the family down today so it was a manic roast chicken lunch (I actually cooked for once :eek:) and then a nice afternoon out at a local fete thingy. Kid argued all day (what's new!) but I enjoyed it.

Good to see you had a nice holiday Budgie, and Sparkles, your fitness puts me to shame

Hello YM!!! :hello:Never had a toby!? :eek: Basically a roast but its fab when you haven't had to cook it yourself (OR do the washing up!!:D)

Sparkles - great weight loss. You certainly are a very fit person. Not like me. I ran to catch a frisbee yesterday and Piglet shouted "Mummy's running...its a miracle!!". Cheeky little......

Dinner here tonight is salad, BBQ chicken and roasted baby potato's.
