Dinner tonight at Mums....boiled bacon, home grown tatties (yum!!) and salad.

I used to love spinning - in fact I should look at if there is a local class somewhere I can join. I used to go for free at lunchtime at work many years ago - can you imagine how I looked in the afternoon? Puce would describe it well!
Steak, sweet potato and peas here for tea tonight. Last night was chicken stir fry - or a least it was supposed to be as the chicken had gone off even though I had bought it as a whoopsie and froze it the same day - hmm. Hope the steak is ok as I bought this at the same time other wise its sweet potato and peas for tea!

Took DD to see Cars 2 and then afterwards we went to the Handmade Burger place for a meal. Top marks for both, good film and great food.
And I have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks, very chuffed indeed."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
