Tomorrow I will mostly be staring at phone in case it rings to tell me fate of interview I went to last Tuesday :eek:

I have been invited to interview tomorrow morning but the money is not fantastic baring in mind how far away the job is what with cost of petrol and the ungodly hour I would have to leave the house in the morning.

Got interview on Friday and an application that has to be handed in by Friday and sports day wednesday, so looks like I will be busy.

Not back yet and worrying about that pork. OH says it looks done, but you know what SRP is like, it looks done after an hour and needs another 5 hours cooking :rotfl:

Strangely enough we're having SRP today!! I've just taken it out to put the veg underneath and a few bits just happened to fall off into my mouth:rotfl:Mmmmm!

I roasted a chicken today, will last rubberised good while for us.

And I learned something new - I didn't know that one can get uncomfortably stuffed full from a big salad. But it was one yummy salad...:p
