    Ta! Now I know! :D

Jo - I'm keeping those hugs coming hun. Assuming that you feel that the text arguments aren't really achieving anything, why not just text back to him once if he starts again that you are not prepared to enter into argument and debate by text, however if he wants to talk things through face to face - not to have another argument - so you can decide what should be done to move things on from here, then you would be happy to do that.

Lunch here has been a dull couple of slices of toast with XO Marmite (eaten before I saw the earlier post mentioning it!) and some cheese. I am also decluttering a packet of smokey bacon crisps as we speak. :o Tea will be pasta & pesto :)

Text arguments stopped. He is no longer talking to me. Got home yesterday and he had told DD1 that me and him are over. He's been off sick for 3 weeks and was due to go back to work today but went to docs and got signed off for another week, feigning chest infection, he's got prescriptions that will never be filled. Got back from docs and promptly went out for the evening with his mate.

He has insisted that I put him on the tenancy but haven't had a chance to talk to him yet.

He definitely knows it's over, just a matter of getting him to move out now :undecided

    Why should you ?

Tell him it would be best for the children for him to move out and if he thought anything of them at all he would. Otherwise he could end up losing them as well !

Absolutely right Andy, why would you want to do that jo? I can't see that he has anything but totally selfish reasons for asking. Take care jo.

P.S. Chicken Casserole here with potatoes!! Yum!
