Fish pie and sweetcorn fritter last night, and today is going to be something in the slow cooker with some lamb neck...just got to decide what to chuck in with it!

I adore cauliflower cheese but am going easy on the cheese around here so been eating it naked lately:rotfl:Smoked haddock with something here today and putting a beef stew on to enjoy tomorrow.

Having lost zero out of my target 30 pound weight loss during January I'm having a re-start today!!
Had yum boiled egg & Ryvitas with XO marmite for breakfast, my favourite!
Smoked salmon & very-low-fat cream cheese roll for lunch, & tonight we have fresh cod (half-price) which I'll do in frying pan with pancetta & leeks. no oil OF COURSE.
And, erm, maybe no wine........:o:o:o I don't change.....but I will! (am I in the wrong thread again?!!)

Just put a beef casserole in the oven. Beef with onions, celery, mushrooms carrots, swede, tomato puree, salt and cracked pepper ... and some 'liquid smoke' for a laugh. Was going to chuck some stout in instead but decided to save that for later(Oops wrong thread again
)
I am hoping Mrs BHB is going to make some dumplings and Roasties whle I am at work.
Now a cup of tea, a shower and ....Hi Ho, Hi Ho ... its off to work I go (just for a couple of hours though)
