  • Twas pasta in a tomato and veg sauce for lunch :)

Beef casserole for dinner later with roast tatties and calebrese (sp?) and carrots.

Don't think we are having Yorkshire puddings tonight. The youngest has just made Jam tarts and cheese scones. So if there is a gap they can fill it :D.

Have a great evening everyone ..... don't eat too much now ;)

Had a lovely food day:D Almond croissant for breakfast and then Dad treated me and Mum to lunch out (well, he gave us the money and we went while he was at work:rotfl:) so had a beefeater lunch of steak, jacket potato, coleslaw and onion rings.

Just getting hungry now so may have a slice of tiger bread with butter and marmalade:D

  • Spag bol here tonight, and very nice it was too. Haven't a clue what we're eating tomorrow yet - although as we're making marmalade I would put money on MrEH having a marmalade butty for lunch! :p

Stir fry night here. I do love it, am planning a pile of stir-fry veg later in the week with fish. Once a week just isn't enough!
