    Forgot to take my toast out the toaster, so it was digestives and tea for brekkie. Corned beef sarnies for lunch and a couple clementines. Pork, veg and mash for tea.

    (Possible bar of choklit in a mo as I have 2 more meetings to sit through before I can go home!)
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
