Give 'Annie' a kiss from me ....haven't seen her in a while :rotfl:

Unfortunately when I did my first aid course and gave the kiss of life to Dear Annie, I actually left a blue outline around her lips. The instructor said that had never happened before :o I mean how can you bruise a plastic doll :o But I do not jest, it is the truth.

I guess I shall leave talking about it for now, just hope JO is ok with hers?

Perhaps I was just to heavy handed/lipped :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ok I'll get me coat :o

Hugs everyone Budgie notice no kisses :p

    Hello all!

    Budgie .....:rotfl:at your first aid!

    Todays fare was pretty boring.

Crunchy nut cornflakes for Brekkie.....pickled egg sandwich for lunch (yum!!!!) with an apple and a banana, and pasta with pesto for dinner.

  • evening all! Quick dash in to see how everyone is - can't stop though. Lunch was a ham & tomato roll and dinner was stir fry, I thought it was was going to be a roast pork stir fry but it turned out to be roast lamb instead. *sighs* serves me right for throwing things in the freezer without labels! :o It was tasty, anyway! :D

That's the glory of Slimming World, cooked breakfast is encouraged.:D

Chicken stir-fry here tonight, was yummy.

I'm going to Toby Carvery tomorrow night BUT I'm going to try and ignore the roasties and yorkshires and fill up on other veg. I'm finding the idea very hard to come to terms with already:(
