OMG and I fancy that salmon salad I lurve fish and could probably live on fish and tatties forever.

I had a contintental breakfast buffet to choose from and only thing that takes my fancy is yoghurt and pineapple. Today washed with strawberry and orange juice.

Mmmmm, I love stir-fry could eat it every night of the week. Enjoy! Good idea not to have too havey a meal before your ordeal;)

I've got a huge tray of Mediterranean Veg roasted with a few new potatoes and some cold, sliced turkey (only one portion left now) from freezer.
