Green tea is rather nice sammy, if you've got a Chinese shop or a shop that gets global stuff in, I find the best green tea is the Chinese stuff, it tastes much nicer.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I am not having problems falling asleep but have real problems staying asleep...but I think its mainly because my brain is constantly working overtime at the minute...i have a lot on my mind....and over stimulation due to coffee (i suddenly realised that one today:rotfl:)
I take anti d's so would be a bit worried about taking nytol as well...but i seriously need to get some sleep. 6 hours a night is just not doing it for me.
Me to a T.
