  • I was saved from the  phonecall as she happened to be in the same office as my friend today so he filled in all my background info for me and has passed on some good advice from her so I will start dealing with that tomorrow. He has also emailed a number of contacts he has that are in my ideal location jobwise and will let me know if he has any response. He is :A

Just got back from a Treasurer's meeting so my head is stuffed full of figures and my books have arrived so some heavy bedtime reading is on the cards.

I am having an accounts and paperwork day tomorrow I want to get all the accounts finished this week so that I can then concentrate on legal stuff. Most urgent thing is to get a CV sorted which will be quite a challenge.

  • Hope the raeding went well and a good nights sleep was had,

2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • I haven't done anything constructive yet as I am looking after the little one and that doesn't mix well with doing accounts as soon as OH gets home I will start shouldn't be long.

I did sort out my pots on the patio yesterday which I am really pleased with and it was only a 10 minute job :D a few years ago I planted up 4 pots with different spring bulbs including some fab black tulips and each year in the summer I dig out the top of the pots put new compost in and plant bedding plants then leave them until the spring pull the bedding plants out and voila bulbs come through it has worked really well. This year I have been a bit late taking the bedding plants out but they do a good job of protecting the bulbs but I have done it now and some of the bulbs are already flowering so that they look good and as if I have made a real effort which I haven't really :o but OH thought I had been busy :rotfl::rotfl:

If only the rest of the garden was as easy :D

  • My head is accounted out done this year's accounts almost done last year's accounts because they have to be redone in the new format and working from someone else's system is so tedious just have to do the notes to the accounts now but that will have to wait until tomorrow as I have some books to read surprisingly I fell asleep quickly last night I wonder why :D it must have been all the statutes but I woke at 5.30 and couldn't get back to sleep
