Thought I had better post on my diary I have been around and posting just not here:o
Been busy recently done a couple of courses and virtually finished my christmas shopping except for my eldest twins and OH.
Today I am shattered we have finished my little girl's bedroom including assembling her bed, assembling wardrobe, doing wallpaper border, putting canopy up over her bed, putting new shelving unit up, putting new light fitting up and one in her brother's room, putting his new posters up, new hooks on both of their doors. I have also sorted all her stuff and put it all away. It looks really good:j I will try and take some piccies tomorrow before she makes a mess in there:eek:
It does mean that I have not wrapped the christmas presents that I need to for my sisters to take with them and they are arriving tomorrow but I will just have to fit that in tomorrow.
Thanks to a suggestion on KCs thread I have applied for a job with the census people and completed the online test last night so will have to wait and see what happens I think not speaking welsh may go against me:(
Really need to concentrate on the increasing income front so I can start debt busting it is really frustrating going nowhere.
I am off shopping with Souk next weekend thanks to generous christmas presents from OH and my Mom and working out that if I put it on my CC I shall also be receiving birthday money just as it needs to be paid so that should work nicely :T also planning on meeting Flying Friesan whilst I am in Glasgow for lunch and she should be debt free by then so we will be able to celebrate

As long as you keep those spendy elves under control especially as we will be by Primark :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
You will have to shop only after we have celebrated your debt free status

My spendy-elves will be operating on cash only next week. Going to leave the credit card at home for once!0

Fantastic! This sounds great - we have to get you on the next steps to finding a career you want and thats well paid, DT, but the work on your little one's bedroom sounds lovely.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

That sounds like you have a great plan there, I know ages ago when you were focusing mainly on one thing at a time you really achieved a lot. You have done really well on the 50 day challenge and at least you know what you want to work on in 2011.
I was going to do the toys but have decided on Prezzo vouchers as it means free food for mine and DS birthday out in Jan, plus another trip or 2 after that in feb or march when money will be low and the weather miserable :money:0 -
Is the little one really pleased with her bedroom. Please try and take some photos.
F_F has been doing well keeping those spendy elves in control, especially the 'crafty' spendy elves. Another one DF!
I was wondering about the PA type thing, as you are so organised; these days you don't physically have to be in the same location, you can do it at an hourly rate. Not sure it will make you millions though!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I know someone who is setting up a virtual pa business, she thinks that just for answering the phone and taking messages its about £50 per week!
Next weekend sounds just fab, have fun with Souk and F_F :beer:0 -
Looking forward to the shopping trip report DT. Glasgow seems to be cropping up a lot in my circle too, so I'm starting to wonder if I need a trip there too. But lots to organise at the moment, so definitely on the 'to be considered' rather than the 'desperate panic' list0
