Thanks for your messages I have had an awful week and I am afraid even before tomorrow (oops I mean today) I have wept buckets for my five lost girls I just don't seem to be able to stop I do now have up to date photographs of my two step grandaughters and step daughter as my daughter has managed to get in contact with my step daughter as a result of the 15 second video I found on the internet but she doesn't want contact with us and I have written a note to the adoptive mother of my other little girl asking her if she would like to meet for coffee but I am not holding my breath. Life sucks.

So sorry you are having a rough time at the moment DT. Anniversaries are never easy and always make you think of everyone you have lost from your life.
Sending hugs.

So much for this being a positive diary I have just been re reading my first post it has certainly gone downhill from there I may start a new one I need a fresh start to get out of this feeling sorry for myself state
but need to find a title but brain is dead - good thing that came out of the horrible course I had to do on Thursday was that the lady (who was excellent BTW and even my Social worker finally got it and admitted that it was too soon for me to be there) went through the symptoms of trauma and I realised that some of the stuff that has been happening to me like memory loss ( worryingly as I have always been known for my good memory) not being able to finish a book (unheard of for me to have books unread in the house) and other stuff are all symptoms of trauma so I am normal - yes I know debatable
she also suggested writing a diary of how I feel I have shared a lot of it on here but now I think I need to keep a personal diary to get it all out and get my diary back on here for MSE stuff - so as a lack of creativity is also a symptom I am not just being lazy any title suggestions would be appreciated

good luck with finding new title.
The trauma will take a long time to get to the stage where it's liveable..just take you're time..there is no right or wrong way to deal with it xxxx big hugs xxxx0 -
