Didn't get a great night's sleep. Half fell out of bed @ 2am then had nightmares and sure there is a conspiracy going on between me and the flapjack machine. Whenever I get there it is either out or just has original (LOL). DV home today again till tonight. What's happened to NTN - it's gone awfully quiet...maybe it'll pick up in the NY

Tonight (pending R @ 11 - don't know if I have her or not...have to phone in a bit....she's a seperate outpatient team and we're doing discharge planning from this outpatient team but I don't know if I have her due to being an inpatient)....I have to print off and fill in my form for AN (follow on project)...

Praise God I got the wellies - and apparently another patient went to N and got fleeced £25 for wellies - never knew they could be so expensive...

And also 3 of us on the ward are now/soon to be knitting as therapy (only we have to buy our own wool etc)...YAY

That's what I'm doing for mine. They're not difficult to do....:)...I have heaps of photos on my hard drive and you can get the photopaper from the £shop...

Welll just debating nap or something before heading out in the snow....it was icey earlier but those welllies I got yesterday seem to be very good. Praise God it's not far home from the hospital....och and do I take spare stuff home with me today and then go to Mr S for food shopping tomorrow or vice versa.. It's a hard life being psych patient LOL......and I have just gotten Sarah Palin's governor address for her so I think I will go home about 1 then nap @ 4...

Maybe catch yas later or tomorrow...see how this pm goes and then tomorrow I could be out all day ...the R & O meeting went well...got what I wanted...just have homework to do :P....

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll?
A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made. If you should get such a comment made on any thread you post, asking for help and advice, please realise this comment is not directed at you personally so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal because the majority of us really are a lovely bunch – ooops, modesty!

What should I do if I get a comment made on my thread?
Firstly do not respond to the comment as this is invariably what the troll wants. So to get rid of the offending post, at the bottom of the post towards the right hand side you’ll see a red "Warning" triangle within a blue “Abuse” icon, as shown below:

Click the icon and then "send" the message which will inform the abuse team of the post, who will then review its content and deal with it as appropriate; sometimes even deleting the troll by making their status PPR’d (Posting Privileges Removed). Remember, this site is an asset to so many people, especially those that feels like their world is falling in around them. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people here all willing to help, whatever you do, do not let the comments of one silly individual deter you from availing yourself of the knowledge base that is on offer here.
