Think thats sensible Ames, although I'm sure you are disappointed not to be able to go and see her.

Well at home i woke to over 12inches of snow, so instead of digging the car out I walked to the train station to get to work. Hope I'm going to be able to get a train back later. Good news is where I work only has around 4inches and my clothes are drying on the radiators*.

*I have changed into other clothes mind.

I'v just had a young women and her 2 girl's come ask do I want anything fetching from the shop, glad to say I'v got everything in but it's so nice to see comuonty spirt.Espeasaly as the snow is well over my knee.

It's been snowing all morning and it's pretty deep now. I need to go get my meds though. I think I'll leave it a bit and see if the traffic clears the road more, it's mainly slush. It's all main roads into town, and it's only about half a mile, so I think I'm just in hibernation mode and not wanting to go out!

Hi all an afternoon bump from Handy. Blue skies here, but Oh is it cold.
A squirrel has just run across the lawn looking for it's nuts!:rotfl:

I have been watching the Highway web cams in Yorkshire, I feel sorry for those who have got it so bad. It looks terrible. I don't remember it being this bad so early in the year since the late 70's.
