    Evening everyone!!!

OMG - How windy is it? I'm not sure I've ever experienced it being quite so blustery, feels like the windows are are rattling out of their hinges!!:eek::eek:

Ames, sorry to hear about your Mum - but glad things are a little more positive.
  • A bump from me

    Handy
Have you been up some ladders today
and did you have your silly overalls on:eek:

    If not
what the hell flew past my window:eek::eek::eek:

Hi all, Numpty it wasn't me. I managed to keep my feet firmly grounded. It might have been one of my planters though. It decided to go flying past my living room window depositing Fuchia's and Dwarf Wallflower's along the drive. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I was in such a rush to get back indoors, I think I replanted some of them upside down.:eek::eek:

    Cheers all, Handy.:D

Can folk check out the following for me

Of course I'm sad to have to involve you guys in all this but post 33 was particularly bad..not least when I'd try to sort things out this am with C. It seems some people think if you've got a mental illness you've in a permanent state of psychosis which is simply NOT true....

Firstly it was an attack on my purchase of a kindle on that board to reduce the size of my library and then an attack on cig reduction (2 an hour being too many and a semi lecture on their own personal method as the way to go which I'd heard before and I wasn't asking for advice at that point)...

I'm just going to come off the thread for a wee while...there's plenty of other threads that help that I'm welcome...

Plus if C has been linking and reading my other posts I think it's a safe bet to assume she read

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=38369682&postcount=6 so that's how she's come to her conclusions...

It's just really sad I've been effectively bullied by people out of ignorance mostly on here :(. Nothing else...just ignorance....

    Thanks

    E
PS. Before anyone thinks my signature is a symptom it's not...It's more that I don't celebrate xmas or easter or anything like that so like putting inappropriate seasonal smilies on things....it's just a bit of fun really :) E

  • Hi all, Just popped in to give Fred a shove. It's still windy here as I guess it is every where else tonight. I have even relented and let Shadow the Cat come in for a warm in the chair by the fire side. She has had to sleep in her basket in the porch for the last month. I thought I was getting her trained (ex full feral moggy ) and letting her sleep in the house at night. Then she blotted her copy book by Peeing (a gallon ) on the cushions of Mrs Handys favorite armchair. We still can't put it too close to the fire as when it gets warm :eek::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I will have a fight on my hands when I get ready to put her back in the porch. At least she has a basket and a fleece, but cat lovers will know how dangerous it is to move a comfy moggy.

    See you later, Handy :D
