Hi Eagle_1,

As the weekly email goes out on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning when the last day of the month falls on a Tuesday we leave making the choice until as late as possible but it does still have to be made and the links put in before we send it (and of course we don't wait up till midnight to see if anyone else has been nominated before choosing ).
