I've been hopeless recently - no more AF days to add and last night I stayed up really late too so felt fragile this morning.

My PIL are here this week though so should help me in controlling the intake a bit more.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Hi everyone

Sorry I have not been posting but concentrating on being healthy and not focusing totally on alcohol.

Shaggy sweetheart I have not been keeping track, sorry :o But I have been af all weekend :)

I'm just concentrating on looking after myself and eating all organic food. Mr Budgie thinks it is a fad? We shall see but I am meal planning etc.

Mr Budgie says his head is in a spin, he's doesn't know what he is having on what day. Tut tut, if only he would listen ;)

    Hope everyone is ok?

Happy Birthday to the ones that I have missed :o

    Take care and stay lucky

Cherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home :)

For the first time in probably years, I'd like to report an entirely AF weekend :T. Well, it was for me anyway...DH drank 2 bottles of wine this afternoon , I sent him to bed at 6, cos he was getting on my nerves. Had my gym induction today, so I didn't want to undo my hard work by having a pint or three! So including tonight, that makes 7AFDs for me please Shaggy

Well done for staying AF under such provocation!:T Hope the induction session went well. Keeping busy/displacement activity is an excellent way of cutting down and if you choose the gym it's healthy too!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Poured myself a glass of wine last night and didnt fancy it so poured it back into the bottle.

If there is drink in my flat I will drink it. I don't have any drink in (well bf's beer is ok as I wouldn't drink that EVER). I can't be bothered going out for drink but if it's there it's gone......:o
