Well done everyone who's clocking up the AFDs. For anyone who's struggling, it definitely gets easier over time. Just keep at it!
I'm much happier with my record this week. I've managed Monday to Thursday this week whereas last week I only managed 1!
5AF please Shaggy
Happy Friday everyone, have a good weekend!0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

TFI Friday!
Wasn't AF last night, had a couple of banana bread beers with my hubby to celebrate 1 month of being married.
Well, that was what was supposed to happen. Instead, he played on his DS while I spoke to a couple of friends that are having problems at the moment. Not the most romantic nightHSBC Credit Card £608.69, HSBC Overdraft: £4123.67, HSBC Loan: £8,270.69

LOL Phoenix_Dragon - sounds a lovely romantic evening
The joys of married life eh!
Shaggy - I'm doing well for me so far this month - another AFD yesterday - puts me up to 4 AFD so far. Actually that's not really good is it- more days with than without so far, not going to make my target like this! Must try harder!

8 AFD for me, please Shaggy. I am still on target. It was hit and miss last night as I had a really stressful day and there was a bottle of red wine in the kitchen that DH won in a raffle. I managed to put it in the cupboard and go to yoga then get an early night. Very pleased to have managed Sunday to Thursday again.:j Thank you all for the thread.0

Good to hear people being strong on the AFDs. Sorry to hear your romantic evening didn't turn out as you hoped Phoenix, maybe the weekend will be more romantic? Good luck with your AF weekend Shaggy.
It's my birthday tomorrow so no AF days for me but will be returning to the wagon on Monday with an AF week planned.0
