I lost 2 pounds tonight- but seeing as I hadn't dared drink anything since about ooh 2 O clock- think most of that was dehydration !! :o
    Well- every little helps !!
Have come home- shattered... and put the kettle on !! So, it's an AF day today please Pen and Shaggy....

    :)

Well done Mackers and Daisy Chain, I stayed the same this week which was a minor miracle after the weekend.

Another AFD For me tonight so that's 13/16 and Monday and Tuesday of the challenge successfully completed. I hope to get my clapping man jumpy tomorrow - v excited!

Didn't miss booze tonight, which was good.

    Sleep well everyone.

Great well done:T, WBFree, its always a bonus when you get a result like that when you've gone a wee bit off the rails

  • 20 for me please Shaggy.

Another dinner last night with friends - they were drinking wine, I had fizzy water and didn't miss it - no problems during the week, but couldn't do that on a Saturday!! But the main motivation for me is counting my AFDs and achieving my target, so fantastic incentive!!

Lots more good news on here tonight, great stuff.:T

So glad life is returning to normal for you sparkles, well done on fitting in a run.

Great about the weightloss mackeroo and daisy. Don't be disappointed with 1.5lbs, that's what I've averaged all along and I'm really pleased to see the weight coming off steadily. Beware yo-yoing. WI for me tomorrow, I've had a good week but who knows?? I'm not good at stopping at one glass of wine, I'm an all or nothing kind of gal.:o That's why I like these challenges, either AF nights or planned drinking nights, sorted.

I'm out for lunch tomorrow but I'll be on the sparkling water too SOS.

14 AF for January please Shaggy and 2 for the challenge Pen.

Not AF tonight, but I'm almost proud of the night anyway. I got home. Debated if I wanted a beer. Had a discussion with my OH - and she said "you have a course on Sunday and you're at an event Sat morning, so it's down to you, but to meet your target you've one more day this month"

I don't want to think about it being 5 consecutive days, but I decided to have a beer or five tonight. And still try to meet my 21 days.... 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st will do it.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?

One day at a time and you can do it!! Glad your OH is being supportive, she'll help you and so will we!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
