Evening all,
Monday done thanks Pen that's 9 for me please Shaggy.
Feeling really good tonight as I just rowed 12 miles and about to go to bed with tea and a good book.
Markman, I know how you feel, I wanted to do more AFD's than I have managed so far this month and I find if I don't log on here I am more likely to have a few sneaky glasses. But, there's no point worrying about what's done...there's always tomorrow and still plenty of days left. I have taken drastic measures and decided to try not to drink for the rest of the month :eek:which will be the longest I have gone without alchohol since time begun and although I know it's going to be really difficult I am quite looking forward to the challenge and also being clear headed for a whole week.

That's another done and dusted for me. I'm delighted how easy it is to jump back on the wagon when I choose to be AF. For those of you finding it hard or just beginning, it does get easier, honest!
Good to see you back markman. Don't stay away when you're struggling, it's far better to come on here, draw a line under it and start again. Sadly we haven't heard from Sim for an age.

Awww thanks. I have had a new lease of life as I have set myself a target for saving for my summer holidays.
