thanks for the welcomes guys, hope everyone's weeks have got off to a good start & a good weekend was had by all.

Pen, please count me in for the Mon-Thurs inclusive, I'm feeling motivated to be very good this week... probably something to do with having been very bad this weekend! Can already claim today as AF so yay!! 1 more AFD for me please Shaggy - 6/14 so far.

How about all the conflicting breastfeeding advice/guidelines which has been given over the generations? I even overheard some dog-walkers in the park talking about the latest 'guidance' the other day - I think poor new mothers get very confused, trying to do the best for everybody! Just an idea!!!
