This is supposed to be the Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Support Thread . Could you add the 'support' back in to the title please Jo? ta.

Being another of those who hate conflict, it's hard to watch people fighting and getting upset. Debate is good, but let's have it in the right spirit and not personalised. We all have our own reasons to be here. Anybody who's angry or upset, please take a break if you need one, but do come back. We all have different viewpoints and experiences and they're all valid. I'm a cutter/downer and happy with that and how it's going (having just looked back at my original post from Dec 2008 on the first thread) but I don't think the thread should be split into two as for me it's a spectrum.

Where's Winebox when we need her to say something filthy and lighten the mood?

Morning peeps,

Don't faint ! I was AF yesterday :eek::D:rotfl:

I woke up feeling rubbish after overdoing it for a week again and thought 'Thats it, I'm going to be AF today'...... And I was.

I nearly caved as I had awful toothache (again :mad::mad::mad:) but went to bed at 8.45 instead

Woke up feeling great ..... with toothache :rotfl:

Off for a read back, What have I missed ?
