Morning all,

Sparkles, I had you down on the 3 day challenge, but I noticed this morning you said you're on 1/2 so guess you are doing 2 days? I've changed it but let me know if I'm made an error

How's everyone today?

It's a fairly great day, happy to be alive I am Have lots and lots of crap going on at the moment and if I was drinking 7 days a week I know that I would be struggling big time now and be finding life very difficult to cope with and would probably not be happy to be alive at all. But, it's great to be sober, clear head, nothing can scare me when I'm sober

6th AF day for me.

I'm off to ravage that fresh pineapple I have in the kitchen and maybe have a cup of cocoa. It might sound like a weird combination!:D

I didn't manage an AF day yesterday as we had friends here but I did just have one drink so I am quite pleased with myself. shaggyydoo can I join your challenge or is it too late? I have had 2AF days that I have counted since joining you all on here.

Thanks PB. I was going to have a drink tonight but we joined on the same day and I'm only 1 AF day, so gotta catch up;)

Off to get a cuppa. Looking forward to making AF day two and a nice clear head, and happy feeling in the morning (fingers crossed...)
