Affected sleep is one of the most common withdrawal symptoms, I find that it takes around a week for my sleep to improve (others take slightly more), I also have very vivid and sometimes frightening dreams. This is only very temporary though, sober sleep is the best in the world and waking up with a clear head (after the initial shock and exhaustion when the alarm goes off :rotfl:).
Have a great day Mark and enjoy the un-hung-over'ed feeling
