RN, I know you won't be drinking today but I'll update the scores later or in the morning if that's alright with you?

  • Evening all,

Hope you are all as you want to be today. I was just admiring the Jamie Oliver chicken pie I'd made when I realised I was standing in a pool of water. Kitchen floor flooded . The hose from the washing machine had come out of the pipe so all water was just pumping out under the kitchen sink. At least no plumber is required :)

Chicken pie made with frozen puff pastry 2 years past its best before date. That's MSE or mad but it tasted pretty good.

Off to wash all the wet towels used to mop up the floor.

Oh nightmare, DB! Still, at least it wasn't too bad & your pie was ok :)
