K800i - Doesnt turn on but charges?!?!?

    i only ive up the road from then so i drop my phones in but im sure they do postal as well
    phone your nearest branch or email them

    I have always needed a receipt to get a phone repaired at cpw although dont go to the london stores... phones get lost... I you need a receipt this is a bit noughty but I always make my own from amazon.co.uk you edit the details to the product you need to get repaired!!

    How do you do this? That would be illegal wont it?

    I'll take it down CPW tomorow and see what they say, if that fails then i'll just send the phone off to crc.

    CPW is repairing the phone, would take 10 days they said and should go on Friday when it should be ready. They dont have the parts so they have to order it, hence, the long waiting.

    This is exactly what happened to my SE phone after I dropped it it tea - would be interested to know if CPW give you any info on what was wrong with it once they've fixed it. I didn't return mine because I knew they'd charge me for it because there was water damage, but maybe it is worth repairing!
