Uninstalled it and restarted pc but I still have the problem0

It won't copy but it is just the search companion now.0

Click on Start and then Run and copy and paste this in the box: regsvr32 /i shell32.dll and hit the Enter key0

Did as you suggest. It said it worked but still have the problem.

Sorry but I don't understand. When I copied and pasted what you suggested it came up with:
DllRegisterService and Dllinstall in shell 32.dll succeeded0 -
Tried a test email and it is when I press the space bar that it comes up. Could it just be a faulty keyboard?0
