Hi

Was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the above 2 blackberrys?

I'm hopefully getting on this weekend but not sure which one to go for.

  • The Blackberry Curve 3G is defo one of the best bang for your buck phones. Connects to the fast 3G network for browsing the net and has the known blackberry features everyone loves. Its basically the midrange handset.

The Bold is just the bigger brother, does the same as the Curve and then some, i.e. better camera 3.2 megapixel, bigger screen, faster internet, bigger memory, bigger battery, but less talktime

I was going to say better connectivity but the curve actually has newer and better hardware.

If I was going to buy a phone handset only at the moment I'd get the Curve 3G, one of the best bang for your buck phones. You can get them for £200 from o2! And when you consider the bold is almost double that and don't think there's a contest.

Thanks for the reply. Whichever I get will be on an upgrade so cost isn't really an issue at the mo but just wondering if I'd be misisng out if I settled for the 9300
  • Bold 9700 is also 3g, and has a better quality screen
