I also have fallen foul of this company who are still trading!!!! I ordered some toys from the farm store last June, in short they gave a number of excuses but never dispatched them. I then asked for my money back and they sent me a credit note in email format. Since then I have tried many times to contact them to obtain a refund. There is no facility to pay by credit note on their website so basically I have lost my money. I am sure there are many people who are in the same boat, please report this to action fraud and BBC watchdog as I have done.

This company cannot be allowed to continue scamming people like this!!!

If you paid by credit card or debit card then check the articles on Section 75 and Chargebacks. (See links at top of this forum).

I'm another victim of When Sparks Fly.

I bought an easel from easelstore.co.uk, it arrived with no problem and a few weeks later I ordered another - and nothing has turned up, depite them debiting my account.

Avoid them like the plague.
