Anyone dealt with The Jigsaw Store or When Sparks Fly Ltd

I've been a bit careless, I think. On 7/9 I placed an order online with The Jigsaw Store for 2 jigsaw. They were shown as in stock, delivery 3-5 days and all seemed above board. I paid £18.41 through my bank debit card and this was taken from my account within 2 days. Payment on their site is through SagePay and again seemed legitimate. Anyway, no sign of the jigsaws, 4 unanswered emails, their phone rings and no-one answers. They seem to be an offshoot of a bigger company, When Sparks Fly Ltd. I've included them on emails, I've tried ringing them and again no replies to emails, no-one answers the phone. Not sure what I can do to either get my goods or my money back?

My title should of course said anyone dealt, not dealy!

Thanks for suggestion though I've just looked both the address and the postcode up on the Royal Mail postcode / address finder and through Google and can find nothing with the address r the postcode corresponding with the address. The plot thickens...

Accordinmg to companies house the jigsaw store doesnt exist and for when sparks fly it says in the accounting section "Next Return Due: 12/09/2010 OVERDUE" so not sure if this means the accounts havent been submitted

I too ordered something from this company - under the name of Toystars. The web site indicated the product was in stock, but then it never turned up. When I finally spoke to them on the phone (they never answer emails) they said it was due into the country soon. On subsequent visits to their web site, it indicated that the site was just a beta site and wasn't taking orders. Again, after many tries at calling them they assured me that my credit card would be refunded .... still waiting several weeks later! Are they genuine and just badly organised or are they scammers?

You can add me to growing list of angry customers!. I ordered a scooter for my Son from another of their sites, Inspired Outdoors on Aug 24th, They said that had 5 in stock, I have yet to receive scooter or refund. They owe me £82!.
I spent weeks ringing the number on the site only to be met by an answerphone, however I got a number from another of there sites, sylvanianfamilies-online.com and they tend to answer almost every time I ring, its either a man (the same man on the answerphone) or a woman that answers, I have asked for a refund 4 times now only to be given the answer,"Yes, I will deal with that straight away". The first time I asked for a refund I was even emailed a credit note!.
My credit card statement says that the payment was processed at Mitcheldean, this is very close to the address given above in Longhope, Gloucestershire so I am going to assume that they are still there or nearby. Also the company that processed my payment is Impulse Retail, try this, impulsewholesale.co.uk, note the address, Cider Press Barn.............

I have finally received a full refund!!!!!!!!

I ordered £133 worth of "Sylvanian families" toys on the 12th December and requested 48 hour delivery. When the goods did not arrive and the money had been taken from my account I tried to contact the company. I have been unable to log on to the website, have not been able to reach them by telephone nor have had any response to my emails. They seem to trade under Sylvanian families store and sylvanian families online under the "when sparks fly" banner. I am sure I have been conned and have changed my bank details as a result. I think it is outrageous that a company can purport to sell toys in time for Christmas and be allowed to carry on doing so. I contacted my local trading standards office and they took the details but sounded as though they were not too bothered! I don't know what I can do to get my money back and prevent the same happening to other unsuspecting shoppers. Beware of this company!!:mad:
