Hi Gemma, I just posted this on another thread, but thought it might be helpful to you, especially roomsnet if you're struggling to find a discounted hotel. Also Paris & Krakow should be do-able with your £200-250 budget
You may want to check out:- Jet2 - flights from £9.99 all over Europe
- Ryanair - similar offers as Jet2
- Bmibaby have some cracking offers from £9.99 & fly from Birmingham
- Easyjet now do mini-break & holiday packages, so check their deals section.
- Over at lastminute.com there are city breaks from £85pp
- Dublin is gorgeous is very easy & cheap to get to, so you will no doubt see lots of offers for a cheap weekend, but it is VERY expensive when your there, £10 a pint!
- Krakow is gorgeous & dirt cheap! I averaged 5Zl (szoltis) to £1, but the prices are the same as here, eg. meal for two with wine = 40Zl but with the exchange rate it was less than a tenner! Easyjet had the cheapest flights last time I looked & hotels are crazy cheap! We stayed at the Hotel Eden about 160Zl but = £38 a night! Has a medieval centre, very picturesque (bit like Prague) just Google images of the Market Square and Cloth Hall
must warn you thought it is freeeeeezing!
- You may want to check out roomsnet i think they are based in the US but have an office in Oxford. I've used them loads of times before, and they offer big discounts on hotelrooms worldwide! Even today I tried to book a room at the Thistle Hotel in Manchester for next Saturday, and was told they were fully booked, this was confirmed by the screenscapers I use. The only room I could find was £117, room only. Logged into Roomsnet just to see if they had anything, and I got a double room & breakfast for £62 (booked less than an hour ago) when the receptionist had told me not 20 minutes earlier that they were fully booked! :rotfl:

Funny you should mention the Bath House Kitty, we're staying there for the weekend in two weeks time. Have never stayed before, but have visited Bath for the day and absolutely love it there.
Hope you are having a good weekend Gemma where ever you ended up!

When you consider the general price of Accomodation in Bath, I thought the Bath House was great value. Only took a couple of minutes to walk in to town.
I had a great stay.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -
