    maybe he looked you up on Electoral Roll to get your name and address.
    Then did a drive-by saw the dustbin lid on the wall, quick call to Directory Enquieres got your number and tried a scam.

    The guy next door to me had a problem with his Satalite Dish, he took it down and used a Wok, it worked OK but he could only get Oriental stations.
