See you can do it! Well done on keeping your slim clothes and an even bigger well done on getting back into them.

Keep at the menu plans and stuff and you'll soon fill up your time without shopping! I sit down to do menu plans and then have a total blank. Because I do it fortnightly, it seems hard work to think of even 1 days meals let alone a fortnights worth. It really does help though to keep control of those pesky pennies:j

Yes its just getting started :T for me.
Baking done and a pie put in the freezer. tomorrow and Wednesdays tea's sorted.

I got 4 sewing jobs done. Taking two dresses to work tonight to cut length.

Nights a constant effort to keep busy and keep away from snacking. i am reading a good book at the moment, so that will keep me going for a while, trouble is start to doze and have to stop.

I have a Jewelery order for september......necklace, bracelet and earing set. (thats another thing......stop buying beads and use up what I have).

    Spends for today £2 :j

    :)
Do I need this or just want it.

Blue Jeans:: You have made a good start to getting back on the wagon. 2 days tea sorted - progress. We're eating various odds and ends and left over bits this week. Normal standard resumed at weekend when I shop:jWhat are you reading?
