Microline mobiles- Anybody heard of them

Hi,
I m a newbie here in this excellent forum. I have recently bought a contract with 3 from microlinemoles.com They have very good deals on their site (if they pay u back as they promise)microlinemobiles
And there is a lot of cash back involved.
And guess what they sent me a free (so called free after the cash back) orange sim card as a gift (unwanted)
Has anybody used this company or heard anything good or bad abt them.
I am really worried about the cash back.

I've just got the sames deal for my dad, so haven't had the cashback yet either. Will probably gop for it myself too. Seem like a pretty reputable company and have been around a while. They have a few high streetstores too (one in West Ealing, London), though your specific deal is only available online.

Fingers crossed for the cash back ....

I had a couple of deals from their uxbridge store, had to chase up the money on the second deal. These numbers may come in handy! 0208 8402120 and 0208 5672121. I think they are the ealing shop/office.

They are completely dishonest company. If anyone is thinking of buying mobile contracts expecting cashback then forget it.

I bought 3 contracts from them by personally visiting the branch (not online)and did not get cashback at all inspite of many emails and written letters. I had submitted the cashback form with all bills 'personally' not by post. I am proceeding with County Claim Proceedings for now. Good luck everyone.

they have been in court, was in the mirror a while ago, personally i looked into their contracts a long time ago, a couple of the deals the maths just did not add up

my friend got a couple of cashback deals from them...that was back in the day, about 1.5yrs back, when only 1 single claim was sufficient for the entire cashback sum. he got paid then...although from the posts above i'm not sure if that means anything more....well, just my 2cents worth, hope it helps

I got a cashback once. Now it is time for the second time but the store is closed down in Bethnal Green and I have no other conacts about them. Does anybody know any other store?

Hi I have had a four contracts bought from their shop in West Ealing about 1.5 years ago. Only one claim and no problems getting cashback. Not sure what they are like now.
