    In the FAQs it says you can cancel at any time and wont be charged for any magazines which haven't been posted. Just about to sign up!

    Hi,

    I just tried subscribing. Entered all my details, got to the final page, then it said: 'Sorry, there was a problem processing your order'. Just checked my email & it says: 'Thank you for placing your order with us. It is currently being processed and a confirmation email containing all of the details of your order will be sent to you within 72 hours'.

    I've checked my bank & nothing has been taken, so I'm not sure if the order has gone through or not. When do they take the £1 - as soon as you place the order online, or within 72 hours?

    It's a direct debit subscription - they're required to write to you giving at least 10 working days notice before they debit your account! ;)
