    The lady I spoke to said to phone and cancel it when the £1 has been taken out of your account.

    Last time I did that they cancelled the sub straight away, meaning I only got 2 copies :(

    Thank you. I did this today on the phone. The guy was very helpful. He stated that they would send me an e-mail after the 12 weeks to remind me that my full subscription would begin. Very good customer service!!

    The T and the D are the wrong way round. Don't cancel straight away the last time I did this they cancelled all the rest of the copies. They can take the next direct debit a bit quick though. They refunded immediately when they did this with me. hth

    the code doesnt work online anymore you sure you havent just ordered 4 issues instead of the 12 everyone else has
