Don't blame you for going back to prev provider - I've been a tesco mobile user for 2 years and in that time I've been promised numerous times that a method of checking remaining minutes, texts, data is 'coming soon' but it never comes. Meanwhile it is all too easy to go over your allowance.
I can't see why this is such a problem as tesco mobile use O2 and O2 offers balance check from handsets.
Unfortunately my iphone doesn't even track usage. Surely Tesco mobile could get an app developed.0
