They are Ok as long as you are prepared to play the game. Make sure you understand what is involved with the cashback claims and when to submit them.
Even those that follow the rules can have problems, I know from experience.
As long as you know what you are doing and are prepared to stand firm if they select you to play "silly beggars" with then you should be fine.

I had auto cashback (moving to uni and having post redirected means that I couldn't rely on the dates etc even if I was prepared to play their incredibly complicated claim game). That didn't arrive when they said it would, but when I called them up they sent it and I got it about 2 weeks later, so was ok with me I suppose.... wouldn't trust them at all for claim ones if it involved calling to get the "automatic" one!!0
