For some reason I did not get an email notification that you had posted on the thread, sorry for the delay in replying.

I am not sure what formats are acceptable but I do know MP3 and WAV formats are acceptable and probably any other format readable by the Media player used by the recipient.

It can be time-consuming sending large files, so it best to compress the files before sending. You will have to send the files by e-mail on a daily basis and you should delete the recordings (from your Dictaphone and your PC) as soon as you know they have been successfully received (for Data Protection reasons), so it is a good idea to turn on requests for read receipts in your e-mail client.

I had a very good read of this thread last night, and decided this is something i would love to do to fill in my time while i'm at home and son is at school. so i applied last night and have completed my online trial assignment, i also downloaded skype. So now i will just have to wait and see what happens now.

New to this thread but this is something I have been seriously considering and was wondering if you could offer some advice.

I applied to Optimum Contact and started an application for Mystery Shopping. My intention was to do both Mystery Shopping and Phone Surveys but now it won't let me apply to the phone work as I applied to the Mystery Shopping.

Of the two I would choose the phone surveys. Is it possible to do both once the application for the Mystery Shopping finishes or should I let the 10 day limit for the application expire then apply for phone work instead of the Mystery Shopping

Hi I don't know if this is any help i registered to be a mystery shopper with optimum about 6 months ago, but have never been able to do any. When i tried to apply for the phone assesor last week, it wouldn't accept my email address as it was already registered. So i just used a different email address and it worked and i was accepted.

All you need to do, if you are already a registered mystery shopper, is to e-mail Optimum Contact at [EMAIL="assessor@optimumcontact.com"]assessor@optimumcontact.com[/EMAIL] requesting telephone survey access.

I would not recommend registering again on the website using a second e-mail address as this could mean you being seen as two different people.

December is, in effect, a short month because of the Xmas holidays. So, Optimum Contact are currently paying a bonus for some surveys, in order for work to be completed on time. This month's surveys really need to be completed before Xmas, so here is a chance to earn some extra money before then.
